Picks: Oregon will beat UCLA
Predicting Week 9's big games, including Ducks-Bruins and Gamecocks-Tigers
Each week during the 2013 college football season, I will offer up my picks and scores for the biggest games, in addition to a handful of other key matchups.
Week 8 is in the books and my picks went 5-4 due to several upsets in SEC play. My overall record stands at 55-17.
After a week that featured a huge shakeup in the polls, Week 9 brings us four matchups involving ranked teams and a couple of other intriguing conference tilts.
No. 12 UCLA Bruins at No. 3 Oregon Ducks
Saturday at 7 p.m. ET, ESPN
These two last met in the 2011 Pac-12 championship game as the Ducks beat the Bruins 49-31 at home. Flash forward to this year, and the Bruins are playing in the tail end of the toughest back-to-back road trip that any team faces in college football this year.
