Cody Small (Cypress, Texas/Cy Woods) doesn't know -- and frankly doesn't care -- if he'll be playing in the Big 12, Pac-12, Pac-16 or whatever the conference Kansas State will represent next year. All that matters is that he'll be playing BCS football for a respected program. Small, a budding tight end who also can line up at defensive end, gave his verbal pledge to Kansas State Thursday morning over Texas Tech and TCU. "I don't really care where they end up," an excited Small said about Kansas State. "It's been my dream to play for a Big 12 school, and that dream's finally coming true. It feels awesome."
