One of the fastest rising players in the West is two-way standout Nate Iese (Sacramento, Calif./Sheldon). Iese has seen his offer list rise throughout the season and he's beginning to narrow his list and set up some visits. He plays defensive end and wide receiver and is getting recruited as a rush end and tight end. He has 25 catches for 297 yards and three touchdowns to go with 27 tackles and five sacks on defense. At 6-foot-5 and a lean 250 pounds, Iese is just scratching the surface of his immense ability and his upside is off the charts. "I had nine catches for 109 yards and two touchdowns in our first game," Iese said. "Oregon State saw that game and offered me as a tight end. UCLA offered me as an athlete and said they would determine the position later and everyone else is recruiting me mostly for defense."
