How to bet Mayweather-Maidana
Where the money is going in Vegas and offshore, plus a pick on the fight
On Saturday at the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas, boxing's pound-for-pound kingpin Floyd "Money" Mayweather (45-0, 26 KOs) will put his WBC 147-pound title on the line against WBA 147-pound champion Marcos Rene "Chino" Maidana (35-3 35 KOs). This fight is being billed as the moment many boxing fans have waited for, and has them buzzing. Will Mayweather -- who in September soundly beat the younger and bigger Saul "Canelo" Alvarez -- be challenged by the hard-hitting and tough Maidana? Or will it be much of the same as Mayweather's previous 45 fights?
Let's take a look at where the money is going, some input from fighters and boxing sharps, as well as an overview of the fight. We'll also provide a pick on the undercard of Amir Khan versus Luis Collazo.
