Atkinson due back soon (update)

UPDATE: According to the Columbus Dispatch, Cam Atkinson is -- finally -- expected back in the lineup for the Columbus Blue Jackets. After recovering from a "tricky" ankle sprain, the 23-year-old forward will likely suit up against the Detroit Red Wings Thursday.
Look for Atkinson to skate on a line with center Derick Brassard and winger R.J. Umberger.

The Columbus Dispatch reports Atkinson could return before a six-game homestand ends Monday against the San Jose Sharks.
Atkinson collected one goal (10 shots) in three games before suffering the ankle sprain.
