After missing five games with an ankle injury, forward Chris Kreider will likely draw back into the lineup for the New York Rangers on Tuesday. ESPN's Katie Strang suggests the club sent Brandon Mashinter back to the AHL (just one day after his promotion) to accommodate Kreider's return.

J.T. Miller is still expected to make his NHL debut for the Rangers against the New Jersey Devils on Tuesday.
