After four years in the OHL, Ryan Strome is facing his first full season as a pro. Whether he earns a spot on the New York Islanders' roster, or launches 2013-14 in Bridgeport, will depend on how well the (nearly) 20-year-old performs in training camp. Where he fits in on the ice is another issue. As discussed by Brian Compton of NHL.com, the Islanders are considering shifting Strome (a natural center) to the wing -- after the Mississauga, Ontario native got a taste of playing that position in the AHL this spring.
