Although the San Jose Sharks signed Minnesota State forward Eriah Hayes on Friday (per TSN's Bob McKenzie), it seems the Northern California club isn't quite finished raiding college campuses for talent.
According to Elliotte Friedman of the CBC, the Sharks could also be after promising Union College goaltender Troy Grosenick.
Grosenick, 23, would have forgo his senior year at Union to sign with San Jose, but he appears ready to take his game to the next level. The Wisconsin native, who led the Dutchmen to the 2012 NCAA Frozen Four, has posted a .931 save percentage over the last two seasons, going 39-16-8 during that span.
