Rangers looking for a top-four D-man?

As the New York Rangers look to crawl back into the top eight in the Eastern Conference, adding another defenseman could be a priority. John Tortorella's squad tends to have its most success when grinding out lower scoring, tight contests -- the sort of games that generally take place in the postseason anyway. So, with Marc Staal currently sidelined and a playoff run still the ultimate goal, it makes sense that they would at least inquire about some blue line help.
