Arnott could join Blues (update)

UPDATE: The St. Louis Blues are expected to make a decision on whether to sign unrestricted free agent Jason Arnott by this Sunday. According to the St. Louis Dispatch, Arnott's upper-body strength is the only real concern for the hockey club.
