Wreh-Wilson's rookie role
By Tim Kavanagh
There is a chance for a new face to open the 2013 regular season as the starting CB opposite Jason McCourty with the Tennessee Titans. And based upon some of what was on display during the spring practices, that new face may belong to third-round draft pick Blidi Wreh-Wilson.
According to Jim Wyatt of the Tennessean, Wreh-Wilson worked in at outside corner as well as in the slot during spring practices, and at this point, he's just trying to remain in the conversation when it comes to who will be the outside starter. "I know I am not going to do everything correctly, and I know I am going to do a lot of things when you're like 'Oh yeah, that's a rookie,'" Wreh-Wilson said with a smile, per Wyatt. "I am just trying to do everything correctly and to the best of my abilities."
He'll battle against Tommie Campbell, Coty Sensabaugh and 2012 starter Alterraun Verner for the job, though the buzz from Nashville has been that Verner will be moving inside to man the slot this season.
