Kindle to Giants?

Strange as it may seem, the New York Giants are actually in need of some help at the DE position this offseason, and while they may unearth another gem in the draft, they are not afraid to turn over some stones in other places, too.
That's the reason for a workout this week with former Baltimore Ravens second-round draft pick Sergio Kindle, as reported by the Baltimore Sun. Kindle was an adept pass-rusher at the University of Texas, but suffered significant injuries in a bizarre accident prior to his first NFL training camp. He saw limited action in a Ravens uniform, but perhaps he could help fill some of the void of Osi Umenyiora's likely departure in a rotational role.
