Cards filling out their staff
By Tim Kavanagh
The Arizona Cardinals made a change at the HC position in hiring former Colts OC Bruce Arians to run their on-field product for 2013 and beyond. In doing so, they also said goodbye to DC Ray Horton, who accepted the same post with the Cleveland Browns. Arians promptly added Todd Bowles as Horton's replacement, and brought over Harold Goodwin from Indy as his OC. But how are they doing filling the other positions on the staff?
Darren Urban of AZCardinals.com rounded up some information on Arians' staff, posting the following links to the openings. On offense, the team has been linked to Darryl Drake as the WR coach, Todd McNair as the RB coach and Rick Christophel coaching the TEs. On defense, Brentson Buckner has been mentioned as the possible DL coach, Mike Caldwell coaching the LBs, Tom Pratt as the pass-rush coach and Nick Rapone as the DBs coach.
Most of these men has links to Arians or one of this coordinators, and may help determine where investments are made in personnel this offseason.
