Detroit's O-line questions
By Tim Kavanagh
The Detroit Lions answered one question regarding their offensive line immediately after the draft: 2012 first-round selection Riley Reiff is their pick to open the season as the heir to Jeff Backus' starting LT slot. But there are two current vacancies remaining amongst the front five, one at RG and one at RT.
As of now, the options at RG are third-round pick Larry Warford and Rob Nagy, though Lions GM Martin Mayhew has admitted that the team could add a veteran at the position in the remainder of the offseason, according to the Detroit News. As for RT, it'll be a battle between Jason Fox and Corey Hilliard. There has been no indication that the club is in the market to add a player at the position.
In spite of all of the Lions' talent at the fantasy football positions, it'll be hard for them to perform without improved play from the O-line, and getting the proper players in position there will be key over the next few months.
