Reed ready to fly coop?

A source tells NFL.com they believe that Ed Reed will not be back with the Baltimore Ravens next season, as the team will likely allow the veteran to sign elsewhere via free agency.
Reed's close relationship with Indianapolis Colts head coach Chuck Pagano makes them a likely landing spot for the safety, with the New England Patriots also offered up as a potential new home.
Certainly, if you see Bill Belichick and Ed Reed on the field after today's AFC Championship Game exchanging a few pleasantries, the seeds for a future signing could well be planted.
