Breaston's next step

Free agent wide receiver Steve Breaston met with the Cleveland Browns on Wednesday, but Mary Kay Cabot reported Thursday afternoon that it is "doubtful" that he will end up signing with the team.
He is expected to meet next with the Pittsburgh Steelers, a landing spot that would make some sense, since he and offensive coordinator Todd Haley have worked together in the past.
Other teams that are rumored to have some interest in the veteran slot option include the Detroit Lions, Dallas Cowboys, Minnesota Vikings, and perhaps even the San Diego Chargers, where his former Arizona Cardinals head coach Ken Whisenhunt is their new offensive coordinator.
