Will Eagles accept Vick's apology?

By AJ Mass

Michael Vick probably wan't expecting to be back for another season with the Philadelphia Eagles back when he called his teammates onto the carpet for a lack of dedication and commitment in the midst of a hugely disappointing 4-12 season. But now that new coach Chip Kelly has embraced Vick's return, the backtracking has begun in earnest.

"I talked to about 15, 16 of my teammates already," Vick said during an interview with 97.5 FM in Philadelphia. "They know me as a person. They know me as a competitor. I wasn't pointing the finger at one person. It would have been easy to just point out one group of guys or a couple individuals who I thought could have played better, but I said that including myself."

Of course, we're just getting Vick's side of the story here, and when he follows those comments up with "I'm going to be who I am and I'm not going to change. I think everybody just has to accept it" then maybe things are not going to be all brightness and sunshine in the Eagles locker room when training camp gets underway.
