As is the case when a new GM and HC take over a team, there's been a lot of roster churn for the Oakland Raiders going back to last offseason (when Reggie McKenzie and Dennis Allen joined the organization). McKenzie was saddled with a very disadvantageous cap situation, and so the team hasn't been able to target many high-level free agents; furthermore, thanks to the infamous Carson Palmer trade, the team was without a first-rounder in the 2012 draft (which the Bengals used on CB Dre Kirkpatrick) and a second-rounder in 2013 (which the Bengals used on RB Giovani Bernard). Due in part to these factors, Oakland doesn't have a dominant No. 1 WR on the roster, but they do have some interesting options in group.
