In previewing the Dallas Cowboys' 2013 season, some were of the belief that the shift to Monte Kiffin's defensive system could serve to resuscitate DT Jay Ratliff's career: his play had been on the decline in recent campaigns, and he missed 10 games in 2012 due to a variety of injuries. Unfortunately, things haven't gotten off to a very good start at training camp, as Ratliff was placed on the PUP list thanks to a hamstring strain that occurred during conditioning tests, according to ESPNDallas.com. The injury may be a minor one, but it's not a great sign. So what happens if Ratliff isn't available in the early going (or later, due to another injury) this season?
