Walsh or Locke on kickoffs?

There were some moving parts for the Minnesota Vikings' special teams core this offseason, as return man extraordinaire was dealt to the Seattle Seahawks and P Chris Kluwe was released. One constant from 2012 to 2013 is rising second-year kicker Blair Walsh. Walsh was one of the league leaders in kickoff distance and touchback percentage (it helps to play half of one's games in a dome), but the team does have another option for kickoffs this upcoming season in rookie P Jeff Locke.
