Roy Helu is a great example of how quickly tides can turn in the NFL. During his 2011 rookie campaign, he totaled more than 1,000 yards and reeled in 49 passes. Things changed dramatically last season, though, as a preseason Achilles injury preceded a Week 1 turf-toe injury that eventually landed him on IR after Week 3. Meanwhile, rookie Alfred Morris went berserk for 1,613 yards and 13 touchdowns, which leaves Helu fighting for scraps and a third-down role in 2013.
