Another angle on Cruz's decision

If nothing else happens between now and the start of the regular season, Victor Cruz will play out the 2013 campaign on the one-year, $2.879 million RFA tender that the New York Giants offered him, and which he signed last week. Some believe that his signing of the deal all but guarantees that he'll be at training camp, while others are of the belief that he could hold out, in the hopes of generating some leverage. The Giants reportedly put an offer on the table, but it was not to the Cruz camp's liking.
