Throughout the 2012 season, some Packer fans bemoaned the team's lack of a true lead back, and as the offseason began, some wondered whether they'd add a player that could fill that role for 2013. Instead, the team invested two draft picks on the position, picking up Eddie Lacy in Round 2 and Johnathan Franklin in Round 4. In essence, instead of finding themselves a lead back, they've gone all-in with the idea of running a committee backfield for the near future.
