Texans going WR at No. 27?

Over the past few weeks, we've been hearing a similar refrain related to the Houston Texans' first-round pick (currently, they're situated at No. 27 overall): they're almost assured of taking a wide receiver at that spot, a player that can start opposite Andre Johnson immediately, and eventually take over the primary WR duties for the club.
