Some NFL teams get by with an RB-by-committee approach in the backfield, while others opt for a true "lead RB" strategy. Both philosophies can work, but the Green Bay Packers weren't 100 percent pleased with the way things played out for them in 2012 with their RBBC tactic. So, it appears that they'd like to settle on one player to be "the guy" at RB in 2013.
They just need to figure out who that will be.
