The Seattle Seahawks and San Francisco 49ers duked it out on the field in 2012, jockeying for position in what's become one of the NFL's best recent rivalries. As the offseason has gotten rolling, the two clubs have been in an arms race in the acquisitions game. The latest shots were fired by Seattle, which added DEs Cliff Avril and Michael Bennett on team-friendly deals (two years, $15 million for Avril; one year, $5 million for Bennett). But it appears that San Francisco is ready to fire back.
