As the cliche goes, the rich get richer: as reported by Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk, the Seattle Seahawks have signed DE Michael Bennett to a one-year, $5 million contract. This comes after the Seahawks landed Cliff Avril, and they join rising sophomore Bruce Irvin (the Seahawks' first-round pick in 2012), and Chris Clemons, who'll be returning from an ACL injury at some point. Not a fun time to be an NFC West QB, apparently. So what happens to Bennett's old team, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who were interested in re-signing him?
