In Year One of the Chip Kelly Experience for the Philadelphia Eagles, the franchise is not being modest about bringing in competition at quarterback. At one point, it was being assumed that the club would move away from Michael Vick, but he was re-signed to effectively a one-year, "prove-it" deal. Nick Foles and Trent Edwards remain under contract, and already this offseason, the team has signed former Oregon Ducks star Dennis Dixon, and is in the process of signing G.J. Kinne.
