Which teams are open to Cousins trade?

The Washington Redskins reportedly want a second-round draft pick in exchange for backup quarterback Kirk Cousins, according to the Washington Post's Mark Maske. Upon first glance, a second-round pick for a largely unproven albeit young backup seems like a steep price for a team to pay. Would any team be willing to make a sizable investment such as that for Cousins?
