As the Washington Redskins' 2012 season ended with a loss to the Seattle Seahawks on a dreadful playing surface at FedEx Field, they saw a disheartening vision: franchise QB Robert Griffin III crumpled to the torn-up turf, with what would later be confirmed as torn ligaments in his knee. In the time thereafter, there was much debate over whether HC Mike Shanahan was right in trotting the QB back out there when he did not look like himself early in the contest, but what's done is done; we've been focusing instead of the timeline for Griffin's return, and there's been an update as of Thursday.
