No 'hometown discount' for Ravens, Flacco 

Joe Flacco is willing to negotiate with the Baltimore Ravens on the terms of his contract, the years and distribution, to help keep the team under the salary cap. He is not, though, willing to give the Ravens a "hometown discount" -- he's out to get every dollar he's earned.
