Flacco's starting point for negotiations

There can be a financial benefit when a team opts to hold off giving a key player a contract extension, at least if said player comes up short in the postseason. The downside of that plan in financial terms is that when a player like Joe Flacco goes out and adds a Super Bowl MVP to the offseason free-agent contract talks, the money the team will have to fork over grows by leaps and bounds. So just how much money is Flacco looking for from his next contract with the Baltimore Ravens? According to CNBC's Brian A. Shactman, when Flacco's agent, Joe Linta, was asked whether his client should be the highest-paid QB in the league, he gave a simple one-word answer.
