Checking in on Dobson, Amendola

It's well documented that the New England Patriots are going into the 2013 campaign with a brand new pass-catching corps, including a series of rookie wide receivers that includes Kenbrell Thompkins, Josh Boyce and Aaron Dobson. However, the availability of Dobson for their Sunday season opener against the Buffalo Bills came into question when he started missing practices with a hamstring injury. He was officially ruled out Saturday evening, but ESPNBoston.com's Mike Reiss isn't convinced that a healthy Dobson would have been active anyway.
