Assessing Randle's upside

It doesn't seem like fantasy owners should be overly excited about the statistical prospects of a player like Rueben Randle, considering that he is third on the New York Giants depth chart at his position and likely the fourth pass-catching option behind starting WRs Hakeem Nicks, Victor Cruz and TE Brandon Myers. Yet, he's owned in 70 percent of ESPN leagues and is coming off draft boards before the likes of Jacoby Jones, Justin Blackmon and Kendall Wright, each of whom is set for a starting role on their respective teams.
