Before Chip Kelly joined Oregon, he was the OC at New Hampshire, where he had great success with quarterback Ricky Santos, whose measurables have little in common with the freakish athleticism that Michael Vick possesses.

"In terms of overall athletic ability, I'm average," Santos told Sam Donnellon of the Philadelphia Daily News. "Average arm. Average speed. Above-average game management and vision of the field. I just had a knack for finding guys in open space. Understanding situations. But I wasn't very tall. Had a 4.8 40. I wasn't explosive in any sense of the word. I just found ways to make plays."

This lends more credence to the idea that Kelly doesn't need an amazing athlete to run his offense.
