We've been hearing a lot of buzz about RFA WRs Victor Cruz and Emmanuel Sanders in recent weeks, and at least in Sanders' case, there's a chance that another team could swoop in with an offer sheet that their incumbent team was unwilling or unable to match (the deadline for this is Apr. 19). But in the event of a successful offer sheet, the team signing Cruz or Sanders away would have to surrender a first-round pick (in Cruz's case) or a third-round pick (in Sanders' case) to the current team in question. There's another RFA out there who would require no such draft capital to be relinquished.
