Will Locker continue improving accuracy?

Injury-prone QB Jake Locker managed to play only seven games last season, but he did manage to complete 60.7 percent of his passes. Not only was that a career-high mark as a pro, but it was better than any of his four seasons in college. While it's promising to see his completion percentage improve each season in the NFL, 60.7 percent isn't going to scare opposing defenses.
