Saints worried about Graham appeal?

The New Orleans Saints may have come out on top of the initial arbitrator ruling that resulted in Jimmy Graham being dubbed a tight end -- not a wide receiver -- for purposes of the franchise tag. However, they reportedly didn't care for the reasoning behind the decision, which basically stated that a tight end is a tight end if he lines up most of the time within four yards of the offensive tackle.
