Based upon the structure of their player contracting from past seasons, the 2013 offseason was expected to be somewhat of an armageddon for the Carolina Panthers. The roster is well-stocked with high-priced veterans whose cap hits greatly outweigh their on-field production, so some cuts (or salary re-structures) are expected. One of the positions this will impact is RB.
