Wide receiver Aaron Dobson underwent surgery in March to repair a stress fracture in his left foot. The initial timetable for his recovery was expected to be two to three months. Yet, three months later, Dobson has yet to take part in any offseason workouts with his teammates. That likely will not change this week, either.
"Dobson, who is recovering from March foot surgery and did not take part in organized team activities, is said to be doubtful for this week’s mandatory minicamp, according to a source," wrote Nick Underhill of MassLive.com.
The good news, per Underhill, is that Dobson is out of his walking boot and "doing better."
