Could the Cowboys' D be even worse?

Tony Romo's health and availability for the upcoming season will continue to steal the headlines over the next few months. After two back surgeries over the past year, it's easy to understand why that's the case.
But an equally big concern for the Cowboys this season is their defense, which ranked last in the NFL last season and lost two of its best players to free agency (DeMarcus Ware and Jason Hatcher) and another to a season-ending injury (Sean Lee).
After allowing the most yards in the NFL in 2013 and surrendering 27 points per game, on average, is there actually a chance the Cowboys might be even worse defensively in 2014?
