Will Cleveland be able to run the ball?

When Cleveland traded away Trent Richardson early last season and put the ball in the hands of 33-year-old veteran Willis McGahee, two things were clear: 1) that as bad as the running game was, it wasn't much worse than it was with Richardson, and 2) that McGahee (who averaged 2.7 yards in 138 carries) was a one-year fix, at best.
Can Cleveland expect to run the ball better this season?
