The last time a running back was taken in the first round came in 2012, when Cleveland took Trent Richardson No. 3 overall and Tampa Bay selected Doug Martin at No. 31.

Last year, the first running back selected was Giovani Bernard, and he didn't come off the board until the No. 5 pick of Rd. 2. Four others (Le'Veon Bell, Montee Ball, Eddie Lacy and Christine Michael) followed him in Rd. 2.

So what about 2014? Do any running backs have a chance to crack the first round this April? Here's the latest on that.
