Should Bills draft another QB?

The Buffalo Bills used the 16th-overall pick on EJ Manuel last year. The payoff was a bumpy ride through a rookie campaign, during which he went 4-6, failed to throw for 300 yards in a game and underwent three knee surgeries. Manuel may turn out to be their long-term franchise quarterback, but a case can be made that the Bills should draft a quarterback in this year's draft just in case he doesn't develop into the player they hope he is.
