Finnegan's health, future with Rams

Early during the 2013 campaign, cornerback Cortland Finnegan missed three games with what was described as a hamstring injury. It was revealed a couple of months later that he actually had suffered a fractured orbital bone that was causing double vision. His season ended on Nov. 23, when the St. Louis Rams placed him on injured reserve. Despite the lingering nature of the injury, it appears he will not require surgery to repair the damage.
