The Cleveland Browns own two picks in the first round of the NFL Draft, which gives them a great opportunity to improve a team that has lost at least 11 games each of the past six seasons.

Where the Browns go with the first pick depends on philosophy.

Is it essential that they draft a quarterback first and hope (like so many others) that he turns into the franchise player the team has lacked? If so, this brings one of three passers into play: Central Florida's Blake Bortles, Louisville's Teddy Bridgewater or Texas A&M's Johnny Manziel.
