Two-star inside linebacker Dakota Cox (Draper, Utah/Juan Diego Catholic) has flipped his commitment from Cincinnati to New Mexico on Sunday, he confirmed on his Facebook page.
Cox was primarily recruited by former Cincinnati coach Butch Jones to the Bearcats. With Jones now the head coach at Tennessee, Cox decided to test the waters.
Offered by New Mexico a few months ago, Cox went on an unofficial visit to the campus this weekend and made the switch.
