If you're looking for the top big men in California for the 2015 class, feel free to throw Zach Okun (Newbury Park, Calif./Newbury Park) in the mix. The 6-foot-4, 305-pound sophomore already holds a scholarship offer from UCLA, and on Friday morning, picked up his second from the Pac-12 as Washington stepped into the mix.
"It kind of came out of nowhere," Okun said. "A few weeks ago, one of my assistant coaches was talking to them and he showed them my film. Today they were talking again and they wanted me to give them a call."
It's fitting that the two offers Okun now holds are from the two programs with which he is most familiar.
