Interest is increasing for junior college receiver Vanzell Richardson (Palm Desert, Calif./College of the Desert), as Utah State became the latest team to extend a scholarship offer, doing so this past Wednesday.
The 6-foot-2, 185-pound receiver adds the offer to previous ones from Florida Atlantic, Middle Tennessee State and Portland State. He said the Aggies' staff has an immediate need for him.
"They're looking for me to come in and replace the Z receiver, who will be leaving," Richardson said. "They want me to play right now, because I have two to play two."
