Hunter Knighton breaks down his top five

With only six games slated for his senior season, Hunter Knighton (Princeton, N.J./The Hun School) has been able to focus on recruiting the last few weeks. Over that time he has come up with a top five and set three official visits.

Boise State, Boston College, Miami (Fla.), Purdue and West Virginia make up the three-star defensive tackle’s top group. His next official visit comes this weekend as the No. 28 player in New Jersey heads west to visit Boise State beginning Friday.

“I’ve never been out there. All the other schools I’ve been to at least once,” Knighton said. “I’m trying to get a gauge for everything. Me and Coach [Chris] Petersen have a good relationship so far so I want to meet him in person. I want to get a feel for the school and team and see if I get that gut feeling when on campus.”
